1. How long does delivery take?

Our average delivery time is 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD nationwide.
However, once a COD order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers who refuse their COD parcel may be banned from future COD orders.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp from the courier service.
You can also contact us anytime, and we’ll share your tracking details.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
If the product doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (delivery charges not included).

5. How do I return a product?

Simply send the product back using any courier of your choice at your own expense.
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.

7. Are delivery charges refundable?

No, delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. I have sensitive skin. Can I use Halalveda products?

Yes, our products are made with high-quality ingredients and are generally safe for all hair types.
However, results vary from person to person.
Always check the ingredient list if you have specific allergies.

9. Can I change my address after placing an order?

If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can update the address.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

10. What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or social media with your order number and pictures/video.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
