We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (if available at checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours through courier services.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days depending on your location.

5. COD Refusal Policy
Once a COD order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers who refuse to accept their COD parcel may be permanently banned from placing future orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
If the product does not suit you, you can return it within 30 days to claim a refund.
Customer must return the product at their own courier expense.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 14 working days after we receive the returned product.
Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

All product prices are listed in PKR.
Prices may change anytime without notice.
Promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes are valid only for the timeframe mentioned.
